does this mean new frequencies instead of the old ones(so,retune necessary)?

Pity the data is wrong. All the ITV HD transponders in high band are on the UK beam, not Europe.

It will probably stay until Bilsdale is repaired or demolished & replaced. Or until they can put other arrangements in place.

Bilsdale is in the north east of England, I think you are confusing the Republic of Ireland with the Republic of Yorkshire

Looking at 27.5°W it doesn’t look like it has a huge amount of capacity, and what is available seems to be mainly occupied by data other than the BBC.

Someone seems to have managed to find a lot of Irish FM radio distribution on there at super low symbol rates though, some under 100! I managed to lock the Northern Irish Q Radio one (11689V 500) the other day and hear the various versions of it - the RDS for the various transmitters (the now playing song info) is also carried on there.
