Sorry guys, but Provisional Frequency Plan is partially correct only. I have watched to my spectrums from 18 June up today, and this is real tested frequensies list:
10720H (approximately by spectrum picture)
10760H (approximately)
10802H (approximately)
10844H
10886H
10928H
10720V (approximately)
10952V (approximately)
11035V (approximately)
11110V (approximately)
11190V (approximately)
11228H (approximately)
11288H (approximately)
11355H (approximately)
11416H (approximately)
11205V (approximately)
11270V (approximately)
11380V (approximately)
11440V (approximately)
12544V (approximately)
12584V
12665V
12705V
Thus KazSat-3 has 11200-11450 MHz subband instead of 11450-11700 MHz.
Also 23 of 28 TPs are already tested, they have to test last 5 TPs of vertical polarization in 10700-10950 MHz subband.
I've posted all my spectrums on Russian-spoken forum
