Last 3 days KazSat-3 is moving by circle around 81.5e, will be stabilized soon: http://www.n2yo.com/?s=39728
Seems this postion will be used for in-orbit-testing, then he go to working position 58.5°e.

That didn't appear to be an in-orbit testing location, after all.
KazSat-3 should arrive directly to its destination at 58.5° East tomorrow.

Test carrier appeared on 12584 V ten minutes ago.

P.S. Next test carrier on 12665 V.

It looks like that frequency plan (make by our member Marcus_21) is correct!

The rcsc.kz link I mentioned above, now shows more info. Google translation in English:
http://translate.google.com/translate?&sl=ru&tl=en&u=http://www.rcsc.kz/index.php?option=com_content&view=category&layout=blog&id=65&Itemid=324&lang=en&sandbox=1

The bands 10950...11200 V, 11450...11700 V, and 12500...12750 H are the narrow Steerable beam on Kazakhstan.
The band 10700...10950 H/V is the wider Fixed beam.

Good to see the narrow beam reaches Eastern Europe already!

Sorry guys, but Provisional Frequency Plan is partially correct only. I have watched to my spectrums from 18 June up today, and this is real tested frequensies list:

10720H (approximately by spectrum picture)
10760H
(approximately)
10802H
(approximately)
10844H
10886H
10928H

10720V
(approximately)

10952V
(approximately)
11035V
(approximately)
11110V
(approximately)
11190V
(approximately)

11228H
(approximately)
11288H
(approximately)
11355H
(approximately)
11416H
(approximately)

11205V
(approximately)
11270V
(approximately)
11380V
(approximately)
11440V
(approximately)

12544V
(approximately)
12584V
12665V
12705V

Thus KazSat-3 has 11200-11450 MHz subband instead of 11450-11700 MHz.
Also 23 of 28 TPs are already tested, they have to test last 5 TPs of vertical polarization in 10700-10950 MHz subband.

I've posted all my spectrums on Russian-spoken forum http://www.sat-digest.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=39272 . Will post all spectrum here too, for all interested people.
