In our vacation house in Croatia, we have a Digitalworld SFT-1010E receiver. We have been here all week and have gotten free to air CNN and CNBC plus. Last night, the favorites only showed CNBC plus (and we could watch it) My husband did a factory reset to reload the channels.
Now all the CNN and CNBC Plus on astra, Hotbird all are marked as "Locked, scrambled or no service" as if they are not free to air.
We see other language free to air (RAI, German channels) and we get Bloomberg english.
We have tried everything we can think of. We do not know how to fix this.
When we bought the receiver, all we did was plug it in, and search for channels and it found the 1400 channels, and in there were the multiple CNN and CNBC Plus, and included the ones that are free to air.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated!
