Good way to sterilise yourself..
I worked around 5 megawatt UHF TV transmitters and didn't have any problems..

Did I tell you about working around some high power stuff??

I did some work around some 5 megawatt transmitters, my teeth got a little hot around the fillings but I'm fine.

We couldn't use florescent light fixtures around the 5 megawatt transmitters as you couldn't turn the lights off when you left the building.

Now an AM transmitter is a bit differant, did some work at WLS AM in Chicago, you had to wear metal free clothing, no pocket change and no metal jewellery, as the main tuning coil for the 50,000 watt transmitter was inside the transmitter building, you could draw an arc with two screw drivers held about a 1/4 inch apart.

Up aloft, or in the transmitter hall? I know one guy climbed the Sutton Coldfield mast some years back, and fried his cobblers..
