Sound I’ll get a picture when I’ve finished work. Thanks for all your help, I never realised there was such an active community in regards to this sort of thing in such depth anyway!

Yes that's a Sky Q wideband LNB. A mk4 Sky Quad (or Single) LNB will fit and work with your receiver.

What are the LNB settings set to? You aren't still using that signal splitter/combiner are you?

No just the one cable into the back of the Manhattan box now on the horn the arrow is set to the zero?

I meant the settings in the menu on the box. However looking from the front of the dish the LNB should be rotated so the cables exit between 6 and seven o'clock.

Is signal strength still at zero?

Ahh I see well thats the problem really because it’s not set up I can’t even see the strength it runs a test then fails to get a signal lock then let’s you do nothing else so when you say the lnb rotated just the end not the whole dish because now you say it the sky one was on a slight angle would that be it you reckon
