Missing BBC Three/Four - Fiver/Five US on Astra 19.2E

I'm on Astra 19.2E and I cannot seem to get BBC Three & Four and also Fiver + Five US is locked? How do I pick up Beeb 3/4 and why is the two Five channels locked?

They are on 28.2 east m8 not 19.2

Those channels are not on Astra 19.2E they are on Astra 28E.

The two FIVE channels you mention are locked because they are encrypted by Sky, to view them you need a Sky card.

BBC3 and BBC4 share the same channel space as cbeebies and CBBC. What you get depends what time of the day you scan. Check Cbeebies and CBBC they will be BBC3 and BBC4 on your receiver I bet. Do it after 7pm for cbeebies, I don't know when CBBC switches over.

Ok thanks guys, I thought I could get Fiver and Five US on my old non satellite freeview box.
