I use the mobile website a lot on my android smartphone and very recently I have been getting on every page adverts inviting me to download Tapatalk.
I don't want Tapatalk, nor will ever need it.
Also advertising has been appearing at the bottom of the page but they seem to not show now.
Has there been a settings change, can the Tapatalk prompt be removed?

I have just seen an advert at the bottom of my browser for a local car dealer, I wonder of those are to do with Google rarther than the forum.

Well, I don't know the answers re. the Mobile Site, but if it helps you reconsider Tapatalk, I resisted it for ages, but finally took the plunge, and it is vastly easier and better than using a Browser on a small-screen device.

I use the free Version and although it too does have embedded Ads, they are unobtrusive.

No satellite stuff for the moment (aside from a 43cm minidish that was on the house already), Samsung SyncMaster T27B550 Smart TV & Monitor, and a few computers...

I've noticed on the mobile version of the site, the adverts have gotten quite huge, taking up pretty much the entire screen on their own when in Landscape orientation, don't mind seeing ads on the mobile site, buuuuut, ones that big are a taking the biscuit to be honest...

I understand what your saying, but my point is these adverts didn't appear before and something has changed to make them appear?
