MTV: Missing Video

hello good day to all, am living in Spain Madrid, i receive all the MTV UK channels but i can´t view them, i can only hear the voices (sound) that´s if i change the language of the channels, I´ve done almost everything but no way.... can somebody help me out please...

Do you have a legit subscription or do you use a dreambox type reciever that doesnt take a card, also, what satellite are you getting them from 28.2/28.5 or 19.2?

We also need to know what receiver you are using, what TV and how the receiver is connected to the TV.
