I was then sent a new card, which arrived on saturday. But still not activated or card number showing. The card slot is reading the cards, because when I put the old Sky FTA card in the number appears in the space on screen. Anyone know whats wrong I am going mad. Sky [ NASN ] don't appear to have a clue. The software on this box is showing as 2.8b and wonder if this is the cause, someone kindly gave me instructions on how to do a force download, by holding the Backup button on the remote, then unplugging for 30 secs and still holding the B/U button reconnecting, but it did not happen for me.
