no audio no sound

on technomate 5402 with disque motor only on astra 28e i get no vision or audio full quality and signal strength what the problem

The dish may not be pointing at 28.2E, some other satellites have similar transponder parameters which may cause the signal meters to show strength & quality levels. If you do a blind scan does it find any channels?

Thank you blind scan did not work,moved dish eastwards cured problem once again thanks
