Good morning

A couple of years ago, we had a lot of ads showing up in forum posts, but then someone explained how to change our setups so that those ads did not appear - Same thing now seems to be happening again but I can't remember how to fix the situation, and so could someone point me to that original thread?

Thx in advance.

OTOH, I'm using the latest version of Firefox (well, it - generally - works for me!) and think I'm seeing similar issues on other forums - so the problem could something in the FF setup and not here.:confused

Many of us use ad blockers however I would ask people who do so to consider whitelisting our forum as the adverts pay some of the running costs. (We dont have any forum sponsors any longer)

To be honest, never seen any ads on this forum (or others)... if you choose to block them use (extension) uBlock Origin, this works on both Firefox and Chromium and it's even Open Source
Just download it from Add-ons web site, you may need to enable additional blocklists after installation, I generally have most of them enabled.

@Analoguesat

That being the case, I'll probably not ad block the site :D
