I tried googling the first number and wrote transponder next to it and it seems its a channel on turksat but i am not sure

Just for the attention of dynamo82.
12685 is the frequency of transmission, 12.685 GHz.
Pol V means that it is a vertically polarized transmission.
SR5632, means a symbol rate of 5632 MS/s
FEC 3/4 is the error correction rate of transmission.

As Mickha mentioned, the thread is a year old so the channel may not be around.
Just checked, no sign of life there at the moment.
