PROBLEM WITH Administra.it CHANNEL

I am having problems receiver Administra.it chanel on HOTBIRD @ 13 degress.

The picture comes on then scrambles stright away. Then channel is meant to be clear. Have seen this with no problem on a friends box.

Try deleting it then rescanning the frequency (12558V)

That is one of the weaker frequencies on Hotbird; in fact I use it when I want to check how good my Hotbird alignment is.

Another thing, those channels/frequencies that are affected by DECT/cordless phone interference also tend to exhibit that disease more noticeably when alignment is slightly out.

tryed this is still does the same. Iam using a slivercrest SL65 RECEIVER. Is it just a problerm will sl 65 boxes on this station?

I would suggest checking the dish alignment and in particular, in my experience with that transponder, the dish elevation.

You can do a test by gently and marginally flexing the dish up/down or left/right while checking signal quality level on the receiver.

tryied moving dish slightly up and down and left to reight still no joy.
Is it a promplem with the software on the SILVERCREST SL65?
