Afternoon

Does anyone know where I can get some more of the specific type of push-on F-Connector shown below as I need some for patch leads but I have been unable to track any down any like this one (which I think I got from a dealer 5 yrs ago when I got a Supreme Dark Motor swapped for the Superior version)?
(All I can seem to find are the cheap ones which "open out" and become a loose fit after a few connections/disconnections - but the one below is much more robustly constructed and hasn't done that).

Thanks in advance.

Ah but now I've found them = "Vision V17-004"!!

That was after I found out that P/N (on the TradeWorks site - for £49.50 +VAT EACH!!) and then I tracked them down at CPC-Farnell at 65p each inc VAT, and will get some next time I place an order with them.

Yup, that's where I looked first after I found the P/N - but it was very difficult to find that P/N until I searched a couple of trade-sites that I have used from time to time. Only bug-bear is that an order needs to be £17.50 exc VAT before you get free P&P - and that would mean ordering something like 30 of them, so I'll wait until my next order and add them to that!

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

I have a few here if required (they have a spring type clamp with three or four windings to keep the end attached)

Or

If you require more than a few then go for a push on earth bar from an existing 8, 12, 16 or 32 way distribution amplifier.

et voila. Free washers and a bit of metal, gratis.

Well, as you've seen the current "patch panel" setup, you know that I drilled a lot of holes in the lower edge of the desktop, and fitted all the cables through it and put female F-connectors on the outer ends. Frankly, that's "good enough" for me since I don't need/want to go through that process again to fit those earth-bonding multiway bars , and so I'll settle for getting better male-connectors for the external patch cables.

BTW: the connectors to which you linked look pretty similar to the Vision ones - but are about 50% more expensive, and so I'll wait until it's time for the next CPC order and then get some of the Vision ones.
