Sky Q box some channels say no signal

Q box some channels say no signal ie all sky channels and 4&5 etc.
Turns out one of the LNBs had been disconnected. It used to be on old box that one LNB was used for recording and the other for signal but now they are both used for signal. Fixed my prob. Good luck.

Yes, the LNB on a Sky plus box was a universal, four switchable bands on each input, but the Q uses a wideband dual polarity LNB for domestic installation, so requires both inputs, one for horizontal and one for vertically polarised signals.
