So I understand no live coverage on the public channel, only this:
10:30 a.m. – “El eclipse solar total de América del Sur de 2020” ( “South America’s Total Solar Eclipse of 2020”) – program in Spanish (Public Channel)
That would be at 15:30 UTC.
