Following on from the 'for sale thread' (and others) with regards to dead and dying Stab Rotor equipment, I have the HH-120 from Jeallen's eBay purchase last week.

Commencing the stripdown last night, and the important numbers on the various bits and bobs.

Ill connect up later this afternoon to check movement, and make notes of the speed of travel for other members, and can measure component values to anyone that asks over the weekend.

Looks like quite different circuit board from my STAB HH100 circuit board.
Does it use mechanical relays, or electronical like the HH100?

OK, some free time.

The HH120 is a runner, but in snail terms.

Connecting up to horizontal / 18V output from the Octagon (no dish connected) the motor manages to traverse from 30W to 30E in an eye watering 90 seconds.

Everything is solid state.
