Tecnomate F3 Super Patch help

Hi all,

I was wondering if someone I own an old TM-F3 Super and have had to factory reset it the other week and have now lost the (phantom) patch that was on it. Well I think it was a phantom patch. So now I can’t get into the biss menu etc. I can not find it anywhere on the internet I thought I had a copy on a disc but I only have the other TM models that I own. I like using this TM model so if anyone can point me in the right direction or has the patch they can let me have a copy it would be much appreciated.

Thanks Manic01 for getting back so quickly. I tried that but that’s for the F3/5 and I can’t get that to open on the F3 Super. Maybe I’m doing it wrong or that’s just for the F3/5 and not the F3 Super. I have the F3/5 also. Kind regards Michael

Factory reset should leave sw intact, go to system info and press 2004 it might show the menus again, what does it say in system info at the moment?

Hi Manic01, just been into system settings and tried 2004 and nothing.The screen is showing

I think it's already on your STB, can't remember code to access menu, maybe 1512 not sure

Thanks I have just tried that code but nope. I know it has disappeared as I used to access it from the Utility menu, but all that’s there now is Timers.
