There'll be a next time??...

Only if our dear quizmaster blesses us with another fine set of puzzling riddles. Else might a new quizmaster appear from the shadows?

Is 7) Lost in Space? I thought of that earlier but didn't think it was a kid's show.

Is 1) Hacker T. Dog? I thought he was more 2010 onwards.

That's me done. I've got nothing more...

Yes to Trumpton and Lost In Space, which was, I admit, not strictly a kids show but I seem to remember a lot of children watching it because it was early evening...

....and for (1) you're miles away but keep plodding along..(which is a BIG clue)

Once again, thanks for putting a great quiz up for us Pete.

EDIT
I hope your hornet sting has subsided by now. Is that one of those large wasps, about an inch long? Aren't they called "frelons" in France? Ordinary wasps being called "guepes"?

It has subsided now thanks and wasn't as bad as I saw on the web. Funnily enough, my English neighbour had called on our assistance the day before to find an artisan to get rid of a nest in his wood storage shed. He reckoned he was killing 200-300 a night that were swarming round his security lights. Anyway I hope it wasn't one of his hornets exacting revenge. Yes, they are 'frelons' and probably 2 to 3 inches long. The 'Exterminator' is visiting him this morning..
