I am getting a strong signal at 10746 H 32000 Auto on this satellite yet both Lyngsat and FlySat register the lowest frequency for this satellite at 10950.

The nearest possible satellite that is registered as starting at 10700 is KazSat 3 at 58.5 East.

The TP appears active over a 10 degree search.

Any ideas?

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

It could be a spurious output from the equipment, but low elevation suggests breakthrough at the IF stage , terrestrial source into the incoming cable, or f-plug

What LNB you are using ?

I live near a railway, and a mobile phone mast. The Amiko-X-Finder spectrum analyser registers the signal but doesn't download to the data base. On the ab CryptoBox it is showing as a data feed because I am getting two channels at the same frequency, the second reads 10746 H 3200/Auto/M:0 .

Assuming the LNB is working correctly you should be looking for a signal of around 994-998MHz , 996MHz is a common frequency for circuitry within multiswitches (and from memory) some commercial UHF repeaters.

A Friend has just checked with Intelsat. 62 East is operating at 10750. FlySat registers a TP @ 10808. I am now on my way to Specsavers!

Save a few quid, open another bottle and check again in the morning.
