I've had cause to report some building work on a garage a few doors along to the Council because it looks like being a "bed in a shed" situation - which I really don't want (had a "possible difference of opinion" with next door 5 years ago when there was a lot of work done on their garage and that looked to be similar - never did find out exactly what was done, but no-one's being living in it since!)
First 3 pics show what the "garage" a few doors down looked like a couple of weeks ago, and work has progressed since - based on the amount of noise from the jackhammers and the concrete mixer! - and I think the enforcement guys will be going around there soon, based on info feedback from the Council.

However, before I reported that, I decided I ought to "take some precautions" w.r.t. my dishes, and thus the Gibby, the TD110 and a couple of the smaller ones were treated to some "new clothes" - and thus the 4th-6th pics show them in their current finery:)

Not really tested the effects of the camo netting that much, but I think the signal levels from the Gibby have dropped about 10% - but I'll live with that until "things quieten down"!

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

Nothing wrong with camouflage, but the way you are doing it means the signal travels though it twice.

Yup, I realize that with the Gibby but, as much as I tried, I couldn't get the sloping top edge to "stretch out enough" to allow the LNB to directly "see" the dish face (OTOH, with the feedarm on the TD110 being quite a bit shorter, I pretty much did manage to get the LNB on that one to directly "see" the dish face).

Will aim to have another "go" at sorting the Gibby camo when the weather is a bit warmer (I HATE, because my body can't actually tolerate, "cold" weather - i.e. anything much less than about 18C and no wind! )
