Did you have any issues getting it through customs, such as taxes and handling fees?

I've ordered some items via 'Amazon EU', but the delivery date has changed to 'we'll email when it's ready to be delivered' despite the products still being sold on Amazon with a named delivery date.

No issues or extra fees, the two websites sotel and conrad both seem to accommodate UK orders post brexit. There were some sellers through Amazon that allowed me to order but they then cancelled.

I've finally got time this week to have a go at setting it up. Will report back once I have but assembly looks very straight forward. Package seems to be missing the m6 bolts for the dish but that was probably me misplacing them or they fell out the damaged box. Price was 175 euro delivered.

I used Sotel.de. Based on the invoice I was charged VAT at 20% as part of the 175 euro total fee. Nothing to pay when I received the delivery

Thanks, hopefully you have some good results from it.

On amazon, which market seller did you put an order through? I just put one through HM-Sat-Shop, but I'm expecting it to be cancelled soon.

I set it up roughly before the rain came last week, initial readings on 0.8w were slightly lower than the Triax 1.1 but hoping with some fine tuning I can improve it. It seems well made and the bracket adjustment far easier than the Triax. Will do some proper testing once the weather improves.

You can change them two elevation and back mount nuts with wing nuts to make it more easy
Then you can easily loose and tight them with your hand

@Gladstones - where did you get those "long-eared" wingnuts as I've only been able to find "short-eared" ones?

Thank you for that, I noticed you are using a patio mount. How stable are they?

They are slightly cheaper on Amazon

PS: seems they are intended for use on the drum kits used by bands at gigs - makes sense = quick set and breakdown of the kits!

Will do, did that on the Triax after I got fed up tweaking the bolts

With enough ballast I expect it will be very stable. It doesn't seem that well made though, mast is slightly bowed so care will be needed to get the motor bracket plump but it will do the job. The installer who did my old dish used a mast with a small base bolted to patio slabs with two metal rods for extra support which is a cheaper way to do it
