Hi. After some tests, my friend found a way to do C blindscan for h9 devices.
zgemma-star don't work on new drivers to fix C blindscan, then, temporary solution, when choose Ku band.
I did some steps:
1 = Select Ku band (LOF: Universal Lnb for all C band satellites);
When select C band, blindscan don't work = no channels found and no way to change range (3600~4200), stop here: 10700 ~12750
2 = Change Tone Mode = OFF
3 = Change Stop Frequency = 12750 to 11300
Because:
Start Frequency = 10700 (3600 C Band)
Stop Frequency = 11300 (4200 C Band)
4 = Start Scan
Here, found all my (same) transponders/channels when compare Vu Zero4k. Example: 58ºW
If you need discovery "true" frequency, only need this way (for all found frequencies):
A basic conversion:
9750 + 5150 = 14900
10600 + 5150 = 15750
14900 - transponder Ku Band =====> transponder C band
Example:
Found: 10725 V 2941 (first line)
14900 - 10725 = 4175
Then, true frequency: 4175 V 2941
Tests OpenATV and OpenSPA.
Only OpenSPA show more details scan (start/stop symbol rate and clear scan, free scan, unknow transponders etc).
Results:
344 channels found

Blindscan "C band" Zgemma h9s · Issue #85 · zgemma-star/meta-zgemma
Hi. We have a problem using dmm binary for blindscan. It's necessary new bin file. Here, a lot of problems related, then, I have some logs: For more details, see this post: https://forums.openpli.o...
