6 tranponders, dvb-s, 7/8... Bulsatcom loves 28000 and 7/8 , they love DVB-S too and have 5 transponders on 39E, are they moving to this bird?

Highly unlikely! 28000 is the default symbol rate of the encoder. MTS( Telecom Serbia) bought out Polaris from Bulsatcom earlier this year. Hence a move from Astra 23.5E to the much cheaper 1.9E is possible.

Looks like transponders 11958H and 11977V are both switched on.
And 11958H has a badly pointed uplink. Or receiving some sidelobe from a neighboring uplink. Note the increased level of the left part of 11977V, cross-polarization from that same uplink.

now we know why those are active ...

A new satellite TV service named neosat will be launched in Bulgaria on June 1.

Capital > reports that it will be operated by Maxim Zayakov, one of the two founders of Bulsatcom, who left the company two years ago.

It adds that neosat will employ BulgariaSat-1, which was launched in 2017 by Bulgaria Sat, now fully controlled by Zayakov following its separation from Bulsatcom.
Neosat is owned by Zayakov and George Skikos, a former technical director at Hellas Sat and now also a shareholder in Bulgaria Sat.
Deltacom Electronics, another investor, will also produce reception equipment for the new platform, which will be a fully integrated operation.
Neosat will launch with an offer of over 210 channels, 120 of which will be in HD, contained in four packages.
Subscribers will not be required to enter into a contract and the first 2020 will be offered the service free of charge for the first two months.
Neosat will join a satellite TV market in which services are already provided by A1 Bulgaria, Bulsatcom and Vivacom.

And we got plenty (10) HD channels on 12437 V 30000 2/3 DVB S2 broadcasted by Polaris. As I watched the launch conference of Maxim Zayakov, the CEO of NeoSat ( ex. Bulsatcom co-owner, but also BulgariaSat's majority owner) he mentioned they will be starting with a lot of channels(120 HD!) on 1st of June. There are 2 matters that interest me -possible simulcast with Polaris and my hope MTS to move here and whether Maxim will keep his usual "Coming Soon" which tends to go for eternity/never. Then there could be 2 strong Balkan TV operators broadcasting from the same spot with virtually limitless possibilities( own strong signal satellite, own content delivery, excellent European coverage).

@rodscha - It seems like a general practice Bulgarian Public TV not to be available as FTA -none of the 3 operators so far are offering it. The only exception you would find will be if you got multistream receiver to point to 33E- You'll find the NURTS backup for terrestrial transmissions available there FTA.

Thanks for the advice ,i ll look it up,it seems even Amazon france has it,so an easy catch.
However the consumer s reviews(all in German) complain about the absence of an operating guide, whether online or paper..
Does it have an interface in English?

I do not want to make any advertisement to any online shops- however you can visit w*rld-o*-satellite.c#.uk/sat$llit3-and-terrestrial/digital-receivers/multistream-satellite-receivers and select one of your choice, for your cup of tea price range. I personally got Octagon SF4008 and it does the trick. You might need slightly bigger dish though, mine is Triax 110 and is more than enough for South England.

You can chose the language, French, English etc.
I don't have this receiver but my Edision Mio 4K comes with Opena.tv image, wich is based on:
(et celui est in English)

Why should someone in France buy from UK?

We are really going off-topic here guys, but obviously my intention is not to look at someone's signature, nor where he/she is located, but to help in my free time. The website is registered with co.uk domain, hence I am pointing to a website located in the UK. If you are so clever to follow the link, you would have found a wide selection of multistream receivers which could be a good starting reference point. The selection of a re-seller and country is absolutely your prerogative. Finally, just to compliment your grammar, correct expression should be " But you did, didn't you". Period.
P.S. Белгиец, хайде да не се заяждаме и да си имаме уважението! Благодаря!
