An iCord is a bad choice to receiver channels like ITV HD. For Astra2D 100cm should be sufficent in your area. Try to find a channel editor, otherwise no luck for ITV HD. Eg. a CT 5000 HD can receive ITV HD without a channel editor and without problems since firmware 1.4x. It even can be used...
