Hi,
However I have some past experience with satellite dish alignment, I would need some help. My new house is in front of a lot of new trees and the only possibility to install a satellite antenna is to position it far on top of the roof (of course, respecting the height required by law). To put it like that, I need to fix a rod on the house's wall (ideally). All good but the alignment is impossible as I can not put any ladder to align it. I was thinking to put a H-H mount but its movement is elliptical (it moves according spherical coordinates which is perfectly logic once you fixed a satellite). My question is, is there any mount which moves the antenna in x-y coordinates remotely? I would like to move it in that position and keep it fixed, so it should not be a rocket science. I would be grateful if anyone would have any idea.
Big thanks,
Sorin
