I can get the 52E Persian/Turkish bouquets on the 80cm dish, but not the Russian ones, despite all being on the same polarity (V)

8 miles from Heathrow.

I've moved the PLL LNB onto the 1m steerable and , same.

A blind scan doesn't help either (85 channels in total)

Not sure about the rest of the Benelux channels that went FTA last night, but the RTBFs and RTL-TVI/Club/Plug on 13E (10892H) re-encrypted in the last hour :(

Not sure if this is a yearly occurrence that they drop the encryption for New Year, but it was a rare chance for a look at these!

A quick check with the analyser and it looks like I have co-satellite interference , possibly a reflection from the roofline.

Nothing on the off-set LNB on the no-name 80cm fixed dish, but SS 74% / SQ 84% on the steerable 1.25m Gibby.

OK, I may have to move the dish from where it is currently bolted to.

I'm also getting a solid lock on most of the channels on 12594/V/27500 (but none of the other TPs) on AM6 on 53E on the SX88 in the "office" - even though that's SS 84% but SQ only 12% - which indicates relatively good reception conditions today (not always the case!)

OTOH, same channels on the SX88+ in the lounge try to lock but stutter at same indicated SS/SQ levels, which is almost certainly due to the old RG6 underfloor from the garden and the antenna switch which otherwise connects to the 16-1 DiSEqC switch - the difference is marginal but enough for it not to lock up.

There was a massive issue with the encryption, a lot of subscribers had a "black screen" that's why the channels went FTA for a moment.
