UHF 55 is the weaker transponder according to the below.

I had managed to scan it but it was breaking up. I haven’t checked it on my tv. I used the Xbox tuner on a raspberry pi last year and from what I can remember I think all channels worked. I’ll be able to try the tuner on the Xbox in a couple of days once I get it back.

I normally use ABM for bouquets but it has the incorrect frequency for all the channels on UHF 43.

Ukfree is woefully out if date but the Freeview site confirms it is lower power via their detailed checker. I speculate the Xbox tuner has a higher lock threshold, I thought I read it was 20dB but I may be wrong. I'm not too fussed anyway just wondering if I could get it working. Com 7 is being given the chop half way through 2022 as far as we know. So one less thing to worry about.

Mine works great on a standard TV, anyway I thought I would try one more time and to my amazement it scanned in. No breakup, it would be nice to have a signal scale. But can't complain.

I have downloaded the autobouquetsmaker in Plugins > System Plugins in openatv 6.4 but this isn't showing thereafter in the plugins menu? Do I need anything else to get ABM running?

Configure first

Then start scan

You may have to reboot to see this

Only the Australia ones, I'm using Menu > Plugins > Download Plugins > Picons. Is this where you mean?

Yes, I don’t bother using picons, so I’m not too sure on then. They may be included with a skin - again not certain on that.

I installed enigma2-plugin-drivers-dvb-usb-dib0700_1.0-r1_all and was able to do a scan with that.

I'm not sure this is true, I remembered I previously used Update DVB on linux and it does show dB and BER, so these are being read (mine isn't setup completely properly but did what I needed it to do). Maybe a case of finding the right image and or programmer that can get these values read.

Jjust upgraded to the 22nd Dec image (ATV 7.0). A nice touch is the ability to load all previous network/satellite/plugin/custom data without having to do it all again.

Perhaps, though this is the 8008 from TJ, running the main TV as opposed to DXing.

The second box runs PureE2 which has a number of anomalies, including the inability to send the DiSEqC command to move the dish unless I am in installation mode, so it's no good for the family.

Anyone have problem with define OS on UKTV channels (Dave, Drama, Yesterday) at 28.2e for DVB subtitles?
Latest define OS the DVB subtitles flash for about a tenth of a second?
