I would swop out the psu for the new one before going to board level repairs, but take pictures of each to compare batch numbers/... -

I would replace all the capacitors on the PSU board - no doubt that will resolve most, if not all, of the issues.

Yes, the Cherifla channel is still there, stable, but weaker than the other frequencies on KU.
