Noticed the box puts BBC 1 West at the front in the non-freesat search, so tried a Glastonbury postcode.
And............. Non valid postcode again

Think that is because I started off trying to fix the problem with a factory reset, may help you out too!Is it any consolation that you've managed to get further than I could when you managed to update the loader?
Not exactly, the alert on the phone is very loud Had the phone on the bedside chest of draws as the wife is in England at the moment and need to hear it if there's an emergency!
Nope, even Desmond couldn´t stop her!The wife has no volume control ?
Any idea what / which transponder ( not sure which is grammatically correct ) that would be?AFAIK it does not store the data but merely downloads it as required from their home transponder.
I´ll try that, but it´s a little bit above my head, I´m only 5´8" tall11426H 27500 2/3 the tp with the Freesat data.
Try parking the receiver on that frequency overnight
Think we´re in the wrong forum for that comment;)Start looking for a very long stick.
........SUCCESS! Now have full Freesat line up including all HD options.........
EDIT: Forgot to thank everyone, especially for the stick offers, for all the help. Great teamwork from the forum!
Never had a problem with the Sagemcom which is on all the time. The Foxsat is a " help a friend out " job.Is 11426H marginal on your receiver Brian - FS boxes wont accept postcodes if they cant get a decent home tp signal.
Oh and hopefully you will get 162 163 & 164 on the epg after they are added to the epg in the next couple of days
