It really is not known what Movistar+ wants to do with the Astra satellite at 19'2ºE.
All these movements started in October, suddenly HD channels appeared that end with a dot (.) without further ado.
Since they did not prepare replacement channels, the truth is that they were very lost.
Satellite subscribers were not told anything.

De verdad que no se sabe que quiere hacer Movistar+ con el satelite Astra a 19'2ºE.
Todos estos movimientos empezaron en Octubre, de repente aparecieron canales HD que terminan con un punto (.) sin mas.
Como no prepararon canales de remplazo, pues muy perdidos la verdad.
A los abonados al satelite no se les dijo nada.
El día 14 de noviembre, sobre las 10:00 hora de Madrid (GMT+2), se activo el cambio, me dejo sin señal en varias grabaciones, la de las 9 bien, pero el segundo capitulo del día, negro.
Solo a los instaladores se les paso una nota informativa escueta es poco.
"Estimado Colaborador,
Durante el día de hoy y días próximos, una relación de canales de TV Satélite que actualmente emiten en HD van a pasar a emitir en resolucion SD.
Podéis ver la relación de canales más abajo." puse la foto, hace días.
Of these channels, as stated in the note, La 1 HD and AXN HD were left pending, both with the aforementioned point.

De estos canales, como se dice en la nota, se dejo pendiente La 1 HD y AXN HD, los 2 con el punto comentado.
La semana pasada se les quito el punto (.) a los canales pendientes, parece que ya no cambian a SD, el tiempo dira.

I called to complain about the change of removing those HD channels and the response is:
Due to problems with the satellite, there is no space for HD channels and they are removed.
I politely told him that that is a lie, if it is true that they removed those HD channels, and the SD version that the satellite had, now broadcasts a re-scaled copy of the HD channel to minimize complaints thinking that the HD channel looks bad (it has the logo/fly of the HD channel) and many will not realize it.
But like us who are watching the satellites, the day after removing those HD channels, they all became sports/soccer in HD.
So I asked him, if there is no space on the satellite, because the next day they are all working for football/sports, it is clear where the channels that I lost are now, he didn't say anything.

With the change in tp/frequencies, we went from 12 SD channels to 13-14 SD channels in one tp/frequency.
HD channels per TP/frequency went from 6 to 8.

Since 2016 the BitRate has been lowered, they use a new video solution/compression/codec, I have old recordings that lost 1GB to 2GB of data, the new recorded file has the same duration.

Buena pregunta, no lo saben ni en Atención al Cliente.
Llame para quejarme del cambio de quitar esos canales HD y la respuesta es:
Por problemas en el satelite, no hay espacio para los canales HD y se quitan.
Le dije educadamente que eso es mentira, si es cierto que quitaron esos canales HD, y la versión SD que tenia el satelite, ahora emite una copia re-escalada del canal HD para minimizar las quejas pensando que mal se ve el canal HD (tiene el logo/mosca del canal HD) y muchos no se darán cuenta.
Pero como nosotros que estamos mirando los satélites, al día siguiente de quitar esos canales HD, todos pasaron a ser de deportes/futbol en HD.
Entonces le pregunte, si no hay espacio en el satelite, pq al día siguiente están todos funcionando para futbol/deporte, esta claro donde están ahora los canales que perdí, no dijo nada.
Conclusión, si no estoy conforme, solo me queda dar de baja del servicio.
Toca ver que hacen, se comento en internet que el contrato del satelite es hasta 2027 ahora esta prorrogado hasta 2030.
Toca ver que hacen ahora con los tp/frecuencias vaciadas de canales estos días.
aparte de los que cambiaron de SD a HD.
Con el cambio de tp/frecuencias, se paso de 12 canales SD a 13-14 canales SD en un tp/frecuencia.
Los canales HD por TP/frecuencia pasaron de 6 a 8.
Toca esperar que queda al final en cada TP/frecuencias, el lunes ya borraron canales tipos Test con punto (.).
Desde 2016 el BitRate a bajado, utilizan una nueva solución/compresión/codec de video, tengo viejas grabaciones que pasaron a perder de 1GB a 2GB los datos, el nuevo fichero grabado de la misma duración.
