today i have just received original DM 500 HD, can somebody guide me about
1. what is bootloader 75 or else
2. can I flash image without bootloader
3. can somebody attach a dream elite latest version
4. do i still have to add cccam newer version
5. what is the latest version of cccam and can you please attach
6. what is the best and stable image
7. why one need multiple images

Please master answer me

3 & 5 - no one is going to attach images and cam files on this forum - if you had read the rules properly when you signed up you would know they are forbidden here. I suggest you go and read them now.

Both can easily be found using google.

Havent got the faintest idea about 500HD's - Ive got a 7020

BTW please fill your location in correctly - I can see from your IP address you are in Pakistan. But members cant. It might not seem important but if you ask a technical question you will get the wrong advice if folk think you are in Europe

You only need one image, like DreamElite, which is my favourite. Once you have read through this HOBBIEST forum, and installed DreamElite, you will have gained enough knowledge to answer the other questions yourself. THIS IS A SELF HELP FORUM with ASSISTANCE on difficult issues, not basic setup, which you have obviously not read about.

Think about the logistics of that, nobody could possibly have time to tell you all the steps involved, as mentioned above people are always willing to help once you have done the background work

Load an image (an .nfi) file, using the webinterface.
You need to find the DM500 IP address, enter it into a browser & read the screen
The image will put the correct loaders in
do a search for CCcam1.4

@oldfart: Those instructions are very wrong and misleading.
1. You need to switch off, hold down the front button and then switch on before the webinterface will allow loading a new image.
2. CCcam should be version 2.1.4

Although I don't think we should do all the work for newbies, we should not give them wrong instructions.
