hello i am not sure but i believe i download something dream elite 2 or maybe by mistake the clone image for my original dm 800,right now ,no picture going to tv ,and every time turn off and on always the below picture or massage on screen of dm 800 ,i cannot reflash by browser ,icannot do anything and i always see this massage,do i need to buy another one or problem can be fixed ,if this very technical ,is anywhere in uk they can repaire it

dm800hd, 1.0m motorised dish. AMD Phenom 11x4 965, radeon4890, 2 x 1TB, 1 x750GB.

Yeah it look's like you have tried to flash a clone image on, so you will need to get an image for a genuine box, then you need to use dreamup and a null modem cable, so you can connect to your box again and get it into flash mode. It's not broken you don't need anyone to repair it.
