Cool what type of motor do you need does it bolt on or do you need a adaptor bracket?

It will fit on the 90cm Fibo polar mount, or a standard diseqc motor. There is a u bolt fixing on the back. This is the option I'm using;)

Yes most parts are hard too find now. The 90cm versions are more common, but the 55cm and 1.2m are rare.

Have you contacted snuffer for parts, he may help you.;)

Im sure likvid had a spare 1.2m polar mount.

I am looking for a Fibo 1.2 motor (not the old model) as I can't find anybody who can create a bracket for the 1224... :confused

I think snuffer has the old model

Cant you use the channel master adaptor plate? As the channel master polar mount will fit the 1.2m Fibo dish.

Here`s a few pics to give you some idea`s;)

I have got the same motor as in the first picture and that is what I am looking to buy as the replacement.

Regarding the CM adaptor plate, I don't think so as the adaptor plate is flat and straight and the back of the dish is curved.. The screws on the back of the dish are also not that long so that I could fix some bolts to fill the gaps (if you know what I am saying).

Also the combined weight of the 1224 and the adaptor plate is a lot and I am in 2 minds on fitting it on the wall.

If the Channel master Polar mount fits the fibo, then I can probably use the spare actuator I have got instead of the current H-H mount
