Up till early March this year, I used a HD+ card in my vu+ solo clearing the card with Scam 3.59. I've purchased a new card but it refuses to clear. Is there an up to date version of Scam which will clear the new card?. (the new HD+ card says HD03 on the reverse)

Update,

Just had a quick scout round and it appears Oscam will update the card also so you should be ok with that.

If you have the Cam as a .ipk installer then you simply send it over to the /tmp folder on the Vu+ and use the ipk installer via the image menu and reboot

I must be being blindingly thick....I've sent the Cam over and installed it via ipk then rebooted but Scam 3.59 is still showing in the softcam manager and not 3.6...do I have to delete the other version?

You should have both versions there 3.59 and 3.60 if not then its probably wise as you say to uninstall both and just use 3.60

Thanks, Digi but where are the cams located on the VU+? I can find the .ipk files but not the cams? By the way, I've also been advised to change permissions to 755.

The actual main files are in /usr/bin folder although if you installed via an ipk then permissions are set via the initial install
