Another P+ user has reported success on another Forum by switching Logical Channel No to OFF after reading this thread, so I dont understand why its not making any difference for you. So I have completely de-personalised my P+ -----> reloaded V1.28, factory reset using the options UK/Freesat/North West. This scans using the current FS standard channel list for Freesat, which is now out of date. This defaults to the following Menu settings :- Logical Channel No - ON UK 7-day EPG - ON with the following effect :-

BBC1(101) is BBC North West, ITV1 is ITV Granada (also NW).
There is no BBC1 HD because it is not yet in the standard channel list. Manually scanned 10847V, and BBC1 HD was added as channel 5000.
Having left it in the Guide for over 20minutes, the EPG now behaves exactly as you have reported - very few channels with 7 days, a lot with 4 days, and BBC1 HD with only Now & Next. ITV1 HD(the original red button version on 11428H) also has only 4 days.
THEN, I switched Logical Channel No to OFF and did a cold reboot. Within 4 minutes of going into the Guide, all channels (including BBC and ITV regions) showed a full 7 days, with the exception of the following channels :-

All recently moved BBC channels which are now on different TPs (about 50% of them) so couldn't be found
ITV1 HD (the original version)
All channels that no longer broadcast
All channels that are no longer part of Freesat
NEXT I loaded my SetEditPassion-maintained personal channel list including :-

All recently amended BBC TPs
BBC1 HD (0001), I only have BBC1(SD) in the regional section
BBC HD (0005)
ITV1 HD (North West on 10936V) instead of 'red button' version
All BBC and ITV regions included
All non-existant channels deleted
Following a cold reboot, and 4 minutes in the EPG, I have 100% of all channels with a 7-day guide. I dont know what more I can do to test this. I am pretty confident that the LCN setting is the cause of lot of users problems with the EPG. It has been reported to FS, and hopefully the next release will fix it, together with an amended channel list which includes BBC 1 HD
