how to use the tivusat receiver

for some reason my mothers new tivusat as moved canale5 to channel number 1035, which is very confusing for my mum, ive tried everything but cant seem to find a way to change the channel number, no instructions came with the receiver so i have no reference point, can anyone please enlighten me on how to assign channel numbers.

If your receiver is an i-CAN 1110Sh the instruction manual is available here:-

Have you made sure that when you do a channel search you select "Automatic Channel Numbering" and not "Normal Channel Numbering.
