I have purchased a box off of ebay which has the message "loader v15" flashing on the front panel. The USB icon and the red software update icon are also both displaying even if the USB stick is not in the receiver.
I am using a Micro SD 128 MB in a micro SD to SD adapter inside a micro SD to USB adapter. I have tried various firmware updates, each as a single file on the adapter and also, every update I could find in one go in the hope that the receiver is searching for a specific software upgrade version. I have tried this in both the front and back USB ports. Both USB ports charge my MP3 player, so they are powered however my MP3 player only docks with the front USB port - I don't know if this is significant.
At home I have an rs232 cable but as yet I cannot find a software which allows me any access specifically for the innovation.
Any help would be appreciated.
