It doesnt - Flysat et al are updated with what enthusiasts report. If they send duff info the site gets updated with duff info. It wont be the first time the wrong satellite(s) have been reported and it wont be the last. Far too many new satellite reports are done from the race to be the first one to report it instead of waiting a couple of days to confirm it

Seems so, if indeed the channels from 907 moved to 901 we're doomed again here. But it seems the most rational solution, the moved footrprint towards the British Isles fits like a glove! And judging from early reports, the assumed footprint seems to be accurate.
then post100 footprint is more accurancy

Just done quick check on 11495V. 1.2mtr dish located Fuerteventura (canary islands). Readings more or less (within 1db) same as have been for last few years. If 901 is the active bird now then footprint here does not seem to have changed.

I didn't say in the previous answer, but it's good to know that 11609 V, 4374, 3/5 is the carrier of an IPTV stream(FTA) from Island. It has two streams, one tv and one radio.Fortunately it is still active and can be seen in real time, smoothly,as if you were watching on TV,provided that the signal to be strong.
To see and hear these streams you need a dvb card,TSReader app,VLC or Daum players.

Added:

Exactly, that's what I/we want to find out.Together we'll probably find out.
i ve always wanted to see that channel, i tried it last year but it didnt work.
how do you do and open the stream via PotPlayer? You do tunneling to TSReader and from TSreader you do "retransmit UDP payload" UDP packets to your local network port, or which interface do you use to rebroadcast? And Potplayer how do you format the address? is it like udp://@:5050 or udp://@228.5.6.8:5050 or udp://228.5.6.8:5050 ?
5050 is my UDP port that ive opened in firewall..

Can you please tell me the trick? Am i missing somehting?

The solution is simpler if you save the stream, as in the pic below:chose "saved the payload" ,generate a ts file that you find it in Video folder or somewhere else.Or you can save it anywhere you want in TSReader, i.e.;click Setting->DVB/IP Setting.Once you find the file, you can start it with VLC or Daum. From this moment the file is becoming (ts)stream.

Hi mates! Is the switchover already done? Lyngsat says yes. Intelsat 901 at 27.5°W - LyngSat Here in the eastern parts of Austria i notice no Signal enhancement with Wavefrontier T 90 10 Degrees from Focus. Dr. HD D 15 says 7,8 - 8,3 db like before with the INTELSAT 907. This Footprint will not be correct i think. Huellas-satelite-Intelsat901-cobertura.jpg

It won't be, the suggested footprint is the one I made on post #100. Seems to be accurate considering the first reports.

aerials: Gibertini 85 cm (28.2°E, 23,5°E), SAB S97A (27.5°W); Selfsat H50D (0.8°W)
receivers: DM 900, Dr. HD D15, STRONG SRT-7404 (TNT SAT), Octagon SX88+
My Location
Germany, just east of Leipzig
The signal seems to be slightly up compared to Intelsat 907: at the moment at 10.4 dB. Yesterday early in the morning it even was as strong as 10.9 dB.
The weather has been pretty good in recent days (almost cloudless). So I have to wait for overcast skies or some light rain (in heavy rain I think the picture will get blocky as it usually did with 907 in such conditions). Then I'll tell you more.
I use a 97 cm dish. Location: a village just east of Leipzig, Saxony, Germany. Receiver : Dr HD D15.
