Hi all,
I'm an absolute newby here, so I'd appreciate any help and pointers.
I have had my Fortec Star Passion+ recevier installed and working fine for around 2 / 3 years. I was able to watch all of the BBC HD channels OK until last summer when (as I understand the BBC moved to DVB-S2, QPSK modulation).
Checked my manual, my box supprts this modulation OK - fine. However, although I can tune into the HD channels, there is no picture. After further reading, is it correct that all of the freesat HD channels have now moved to Astra 2D. I can't see Astra 2D listed in my sat menu, I'm currently tuned to Astra 2A (28.2E), and I see Astra 1D/3A (23.5E) listed, but no Astra 2D anywhere. I get all of the standard definition BBC channels OK.
If i want to watch the freesat HD channels do I have to try and find the Astra 2D sat? if so just how do I go about it?
Many thanks
Steve
