New DAB mux @ 9 East

On 101 and 102 there is the Mux "RADIODIG UMBRIA" (0x5016)

So it has nothing to do with Tuscany

Fun Fact: many of these stations broadcast the "Dinamic Label+" which is a novelty for Italian DAB stations over satellite

Has this DAB mux reapeared somewhere, anyone spotted it maybe?

Attempting to listen again to DAB+ Italian at 9.0E on 11727 V, 30000, 3/4,8PSK was unsuccessful on both Linux and Windows, as I discovered that pid DAB 7031 and 7131 have no active stream.
TSReader indicates the presence of these DAB pids, but that's all.
Perhaps they have been moved to one of the Italian muxes on the Italy spot(?!), which I don't have access to with the antenna in my area.
I would like to know if anyone can try to determine whether these DAB streams exist.

You were right, @Adam. The Italian DAB streams are working.
I haven't installed the tsniv2ni app on Ubuntu with the new kernel.
Many thanks
