Opebox S10HD Newbie - need a little advice...

Sky+ HD, Openbox S10HD, Apple MacBook, Acer Revo 3610

Hi, I've just got a Openbox S10HD (my block of flats has recently had a communal dish fitted - Astra and Hotbird) and I've been able to get Astra/Eurobird channels but when I've tried to access Hotbird channels I only get channels that I get on Astra/Eurobird?

You probably need to set the disecq switching up on the receiver. Go into the menu and set it up for an A/B setting

28E is almost certainly on port A

Thanks Analoguesat :-righton,
I managed to get the Hot Bird channels to appear. I've now lost the Astra channels but I think that it a case of adjusting the ports.
