SUPERTRACK diseqc motor it is established 2 years ago. The customer very much wished to have only one dish.Dish to be on.SATTrajectory, partially, is blocked by trees, they should be sawn, periodically. It is visible from 90E to 36E. In this district SUPERTRACK can rotate from 125.5E to 13E.

Trees pass solar beams. The municipal service helps at a distance branches. For autocratic removal of a tree - the penalty 600$.

Thanks for the reply. what motor are you using, make etc, any problems with high winds, also is there a limit on dish size, here
in Wales the limit without permission is one meter, but the local Council Wrexham, is not too bothered.

Thanks, coloured pony, I used motor SUPERTRACK \made in China, the price 80$, plastic-metal a gear wheel \. In this place dish is closed from a strong wind. On a building facade, round a balcony and the window of the owner of apartment, is not present an interdiction for installation dish. Dish should not disturb to neighbours, it is necessary to live in peace and friendship. There can be envious persons. In associations of proprietors and on facades of houses of the main streets installation dish, sometimes, is forbidden or demands the coordination. Under the law the proprietor of apartment in the many-storeyed house has the right to a part of the area of a roof and at technical possibility dish to be put on top. In this case at the owner rent of the state apartment. It is possible to see old, not plastic windows is one of signs the state apartment.
In own house \on a ground \there are no restrictions on installation dish, only do not disturb to the neighbour.

I didnt know that you could ask who complained, It was a 28 day notice to remove the dish, and they stated that I could apply for planning permission but they doubt it would be succesful.:-Nooo

I have attached a copy of the letter but edited out my details for obvious reasons;)
Just to add all the dishes round here seem to be under 1m, but one house not far away has four Viasat dishes on the front.

I read your Council Notice, and all I can say is what a politicaly correct, legalistic country you live in. Feel sorry for you, sounds more like a dictatorship you're living in.
Why not play their game? and hire a lawyer, and set a precedence in the courts. If that fails, consider moving or migrating to where you can put up a dish or dishes.
I have many dishes instsalled here and aerials erected on a 770mtr block. Never applied for any permits, I've never taken notice of council notices.
Sounds to me like you should stick up for yourself and assert some influence, go and knock on your neighbours doors and get a pettition going, see if there are really any objections from them, if not take the council on.

Cheers

The unfortunate thing is, hiring a lawyer will get no where,it is the
Council Official who should see common sense, but few now do.
One thing, all Countries think different as do County Councils in
England and Wales, the planning law states max one meter dish
in Eng/Wales etc, but its like painting your house pink in Llandudno
and get fined, ten miles down the road in Colwyn Bay its OK.
Trouble is we have these Sky sneeks who get paid for convictions
and this crowd will also report oversize dishes,as will those who live with the green eyed monster. Any how if I ever get a notice, I have the right to see who complained, any complaint must be in writing once the
notice is served, this is to stop vexacious complaints .

very impressive Bite, whats the big flycatcher above the yaggi on picture one. Also I have a colleague whos father came from Latvia to Swansea
during the, or just after the War, his name is Modris Kessans and he as his own Wedding/Funeral/Tv & Film Company in Swansea, best known for driving all the horse drawn carriages on Dr Who which is filmed
down the road to him in Cardiff.

Oh, it's very old antenna. It was very popular here on 90's. It's called "Harchenko" (because of the author)... It's working on metre range (TV channels from 1 - 12). Only few channels are broadcasting on this range right now here on Latvia (the closest one is transmitter on Cesvaine broadcasting LTV1 (Latvian national television's 1st channel))...

Very good Bite, I understand, we had similar on the VHF band
then on 405 lines, then on UHF 625 lines.

At the moment some tests on terrestrial High Defination have been poor, I do notice that even on sat some HD is only comparable to my
excellent quality Sony 29 inch on SD, this seems a weakness of LCD
sets, poor on SD about the same as good SD on crt sets.

my opinion

Upgrade originally planned for side wall mounting but due to excessive dish overhang problems onto neighbour’s garden, the system was eventually installed at the rear.

Exposed location, open fields, hence 36v route.

Nice install SM, wouldn't expect anything less, would we ;)

Can't beat an actuator for years of trouble-free running.
