Hey,

I've got an 80cm dish and I've having a few issues with Hotbird. Basically when I'm on Hotbird 8 for example and move to Hotbird 9 (simply changing the channel) a lot of the times my dreambox will say service can not be found. If I swing round to 28.2E and then to Hotbird 9 - it most likely will work.

On Hotbird 8 I'm not 'locking' for some reason, my signal on Hotbird 9 is 90%+, whereas on Hotbird 8 on all frequencies it won't go above 70% and lock.

Then I try channels on Hotbird 8 and most work fine, except the ones I want to check.

It's a bit of a mess and hard to explain, any tips/ideas?

Check transponder frequency if fine may be a slight alignment issue although 70% is fine so I would think it would be incorrect frequencies
Check on lyngsat
