I was looking at an S10, but now I am wondering if there are any receivers (preferebly HD) with built in channel editors ?

Here's a Clark Tech Setedit channel list for the transponder in discussion, with the respective channel PIDs added. Picture shows those for BBC1.

If there's a Setedit (_www.setedit.de) for a suitable receiver you are contemplating purchasing, this list can easily be converted to that receiver's file extension using satcodx as the 'intermediary' extension in Setedit.

Is there any way to make this channels running on enigma2 dreambox? I have done a scan on transponder 11495, and with dreamboxedit I have changed pids. But I can't find anywhere how to change PMT pid. Please any advice ?

You could load your existing settings from your box to Setedit and add the PIDS for the BBC channels, or use the bbc27W file uploaded in this thread.

Of course they are in a different format (Clark Tech .ndf), so you could download SetEdit Clarch Tech from Setedit.de and convert to your box's format using the satcodx format (File - New -satcodx). Then go to your Openbox Setedit and convert that satcodx file to the Openbox format. I've used this method for converting a Clark Tech list to a Fortec Passion List.

My Dreambox doesn't reach the high SR, so I can't help, but I will be updating the drivers, which may do the trick (or may not :mad

Nothing compromising in the way of keys shown, all innocent stuff anyway (CAID, provider ID)

I wondered how to view BBC package from Intelsat 907.I see on my DVBDream the same icons as on yours player{see my pic.}but can not "light" package, and I thought I have not installed appropriate codecs.
As you can see in the picture on the left icons are normal when the package was FTA.On the right pic.the icons are changed and seems to represent the Data when the package was coded.I tried to change codecs to make it compatible with the type of transmission.And as you can see in the center of the picture,no codec is good!?!Can you show what codecs you use with DVBDream player?
I have to say that not because the keys I do not see the package.Until now I thought that because of codecs I not see BBC.At least I think so.Maybe with your help I find a more valid explanation.

It's not a codec issue for me - I just use the Microsoft DTV-DVD H264 codec that is included in Win7.

Even if your question refers only to DM series SD version, may be is better to say that DM HD can get the BBC HD package at 27.5 W.Here is what I receive with DM 500 HD:

Let's clear some things : scanning of this transponder can be done with dm800se (not dm800!!), 8000hd, 500hd and propably 7020Hd.
You can scan the transponder, but not encode it because enigma does a check if there is PMT info for decoding the channel.
In BxC case PMT is scrambled so receivers see the signal as FTA.

Conclusion : at the moment is not possible to descrable the picture on those Dreamboxes, because enigma2 running on DM is blocking that !!! Somebody has to to change it, because they are not allowing decoding without PMT info at the moment.
If Satesco or somebody else know something more, we are here impatiencly waiting !

I think I was misunderstood when I talked about DM 500 HD.On your question whether this receiver can lock BBC freqc.signal,I said-Yes,it can!I also presented evidence in this regard.Only about it I talked and not about decoding.I did not said that the BBC package can be decode with this receiver.Perhaps you took my words from this topic #70 when I asked about dvBs2 card codecs,which is totally different than the receiver.
Perhaps Humaxboy1's answer about the dreambox to be valid.So far I have not managed to "enlighten" package with DM500HD!
