As you said, I created a new channel with all Es-pids.All pids are the same as those in your pic.What's wrong in my setting?

I've just been on Intelsat 907 at 27.5°W

I Downloaded the channels from...

11.495V [44100] 9/10 DVB-S2 QPSK [Spot 1 Europe]

My Signal readings were...

TM 5402 HD CI+ Super+
Signal Strength 97%
Signal Quality 97%

The channels that downloaded were...

BBC One England
BBC One Scotland
BBC One N.Ireland
BBC One Wales
BBC Two England
BBC Three
BBC Four
BBC News
CBBC
CBeebies
BBC Parliment
301/CBBC Extra
BBC Alba
BBC Red Button
BBC HD
BBC One HD
ITV1 HD
Channel 4 HD
S4C HD
STV HD

I manually inserted all PID's into the channels...
I added the BISS key into the softcam...
I directed every channel (individually) to the same key in the softcam...

These are the channels I cleared...

BBC One England
BBC One Scotland
BBC One N.Ireland
BBC One Wales
BBC Two England
BBC Three
BBC Four
BBC News
CBBC
CBeebies
BBC Parliment
301/CBBC Extra

The HD channels require a different BISS key (as yet unknown)

not true. You've probably took the wrong stream type. It's not mpeg2 but H.264 and AAC

Just out of curiosity I nudged my Sky minidish from 30W to 27.5W to see if my TM6900 would lock on or even get a signal. I can't get any kind of lock, but when I tune in to 11.495V it crashes my sat input, menus get very slow and unresponsive and I can't tune in to anything on any satellite until I reboot. I can still tune in to Freeview channels though so it just seems to kill the satellite side of the receiver. Odd.

,ive looked im setedit,
and stb hd editor ,
after importing cha list cant see any way of changing stream from mpg2 to h262,

in menu "change t/p data "the network id is 0,and ts id is 0,
do they have to be changed ?
ive entered all sid ,pids ect and can now get good signal ,the constant cw data entered ok but still wont open

In Setedit, open channel data box for each HD channel and change Service Type to AVC HD TV.

..I'm using a different plugin but as Llew proved vplug should be ok.

Installing the plugin and getting the correct key is imho not enough. You have to assign the DCW for each channel indivudally! Dunno if vplug requires the key as 48bit or 64bit. Looking at Llew's screen shot tells me that 48 works ok ;)

ps.
@satesco, you should reset the error counters in TSReader before making a screen shot. Otherwise it looks that you receive a broken stream that can't be descrambled anyway.

no, in the embedded emu (emu-firmware). Even then there's no guarantee that it will work. I've tried the same without success in a vantage stb

Your suggestions have been useful now only for dvbs2 player.I'll try later on with TSReader.
Actually here what I did:I took V-pids,A-pids,PMT-pids for each channel from this list and I entered manually,then I assigned each channel DCW for each channel.
On this occasion I found the explanation for Data icons in the player{see #70};for each channel must input video pid.
