Yes it will be the Sub box. I take it the card is locked into the box. There are two serial number entries (one with 9/11 char and the other with 17 char)what is the second one for?

Hello I've just managed to work out my DCC(dreambox control centre) to connect to my DM500 and I have been sent a test line . I've looked but couldn't find a sticky on the site. How do I put the line in, and where on the DCC do I do it? All assistance greatly apprecaited
