In North morocco with 3 meters I can't pick up these channels. but in the middle Casablanca with 3 meters to catch signal. I think you're in the sidelobe area.

The most difficult frequencies to pick up with a 3-meter dish in central Morocco casablanca

That explain why I get nothing on 11000 mhz frequencies and less than 1db on 12000 mhz on this beam !
Sub saharian Africa beam on 36e is easier to catch here
