My Satellite Setup
1.2M Channel Master, 1224 motor, VU+ Duo 2

Do you have a channel master feedhorn, which connects to a c120, or flange LNB?

Your motor/positioner depends on your setup, but I would advise a decent 36" actuator, which should provide a decent satellite arc.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

I found a 36" is just more than enough for a 1.8m polarmount system running full East/West, though it is the superior IRTE type.

Try to locate an official feedhorn for the reflector, it makes all the difference, plus no more unscrewing the clamp screws.

If you know of one or where I could buy one that would be great

My Satellite Setup
Raven mk2 zone 2 x4, Channel Master: 90cm x3, 1.2m x2, 1.8m PF. CM polar mount x2, Az/El x3.
My Location
South Durham
A long neck LNB will be fine to begin with. My CM feed horn came with a couple of SMW singles which were at the time comfortably beaten by a universal Inverto Black Ultra. If you want a feed horn then there's one on eBay:
Code:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Satellite-Skyware-Channel-Master-KU-Feed-Horn-Swedish-Microwave-Digital-KU-LNB/174619002495
The LNB is probably single band, single polarisation so no good for general use.

No I don’t have one but I’d be happy to buy one if you have one I’ve no idea what I need I was just going to get a universal lnb to start but want it to be a bit future proof
I’m going to use my old maspro sac 80 positioner I’ve had for about 25 years
Any info greatly appreciated
