I managed to dig out the tender regarding satellite carriage published by the Generalitat de Catalunya. The contract mentions the satellite distribution but also that there will be a transition period from the current distribution system. The winner of the contract was a subsidiary of Cellnex telecom (I.e the company formerly known as Abertis), which makes me even more sure that it will appear on 11347H via the Cellnex/Abertis system rather than a PLS transponder.</blockquote>
